We launched Thrive360 - a holistic wellbeing program supporting physical, emotional, social, financial, and professional health. We view wellbeing as key to performance and growth. Thrive360 also embeds Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across the employee experience, reinforcing our inclusive culture.

At Syngene, employee wellbeing is viewed as a vital enabler of organizational performance, talent retention, and sustainable growth. In line with this belief, we introduced Thrive360, a comprehensive employee wellbeing and engagement program designed to address every dimension of employee health and experience. Thrive360 goes beyond conventional wellness models to include physical, mental and emotional, financial, social, and professional wellbeing, along with fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The initiative reflects our commitment to creating a purpose-driven, people-first organization where talent is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

By embedding Thrive360 into the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career growth, we have built a framework that promotes holistic development, strengthens engagement, and reinforces our high-performance culture.

Performance Management and Career Growth

We introduced ‘My Future Plan’ (MFP) to foster future-focused and development-oriented performance conversations. This approach integrates continuous feedback, goal setting, and career aspirations, embedding the MFP culture into daily team operations.

We also rolled out our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to reinforce pride and purpose, aligning individual growth with organizational values and long-term engagement.

Aspire Leadership Development

Focus on coaching, performance management, and inclusive leadership

  • Two cohorts completed
  • Will scale to 200+ managers in FY26

ALP & GAP program

ALP an 18-month rotation program for Management Trainees; GAP is a 6-month onboarding experience for STEM postgraduates.

  • Enterprise Scientific Programs Science Certification 2.0 underway with 205 participants.
  • Planning for an enterprise-wide Scientific Skills Development Academy in FY26

Client-Centricity and Selling Skills

  • Core Skills for Customers and Strategic Selling programs delivered in India and UK
  • A total of 122 employees have been trained

Functional Excellence

  • Trainings in project management, Excel, communication, finance, and interviewing skills have been a game-changer

My Future Plan Enablement

This year, My Future Plan has become deeply integrated as our performance management framework, solidifying its role as a cornerstone of our high-performance culture.

Upholding Human Rights
